1. Who these terms apply to

This website is operated by FunkoPie ("FunkoPie", "we", "us"). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Product photos are representative; minor variation in paint, packaging, or colour between batches is normal for small-batch production and is not treated as a defect on its own.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices shown are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a listing was priced or described in error, or if stock runs out after an order is placed.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials — they're handled entirely by the payment processor.

5. Shipping, cancellations & refunds

6. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, product photography, and the FunkoPie name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Nothing here grants you rights to reproduce or resell that content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at New Delhi.
